Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role will partner closely with senior leadership-including members of the C-suite-and will play a key role in evaluating and supporting international acquisitions, providing exceptional visibility into global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis

    • Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions, scenario planning, and investment evaluations.
    • Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
    • Conduct ROI, valuation, and sensitivity analyses for new initiatives and international M&A activity.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and deliver accurate financial projections.
    • Monitor plan vs. actual performance and provide detailed variance analyses.
  • Executive-Level Support

    • Prepare clear, compelling presentations and financial summaries for the C-suite and board-level audiences.
    • Support executive decision-making through quantitative analysis, strategic recommendations, and concise communication.
  • International Acquisitions

    • Partner with corporate development teams to evaluate potential global acquisition targets.
    • Assist in due diligence, financial assessment, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
    • Research international markets and assess financial and operational viability of opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced ability in financial modeling (Excel or equivalent) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting M&A activities, especially international transactions, strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work with senior stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
